FQL Vertical Jet Mill
FQL vertical jet mill process:the FQL consists of a jet mill, cyclone dust collector and a fan. When the rising air is filtered and dried, the high-speed jet feeds the materials into the grinding chamber through the nozzle, where they repeatedly collide in high-pressurized air, reducing in size through friction, shearing and grinding. The crushed materials are crushed are brought to the classification zone via air movement from the fan. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the turbine rotating at high speed, materials that meet the size requirements pass through and will be collected by the cyclone and the classifier wheel, while coarse particles fall back into the crushing chamber for further size reduction.
Grinder Features
1. Suitable for Mohs hardness of 9 or less dry crushing various materials, especially suitable for crushing high hardness, high purity and high value-added materials.
2. Includes vertical classification device, product size D97: adjustable between 2-150 microns, grain shape, and narrow particle size distribution.
3. Low temperature operation with no crushing mechanism: especially suitable for heat-sensitive, low melting point, sugary and volatile materials.
4. Grinding process depends on the feed materials to collide with itself for size reduction, unlike mechanical crushing, where a blade or hammer is used for size reduction, hence the FQL is more wear-resistant with higher product purity.
5. Applicable with multi-level classifier used in tandem, producing more than one product segment size.
6. Quick equipment disassembly with smooth wall and no dead ends for ease of cleaning.
7. Closed crushing system, having less dust, low noise, clean and environmentally friendly production process.
8. Programmed control system, easy to operate.
