FQW Jet Mill

FQW Jet Mill Working Principle :the compressed gas enters through the Laval nozzle at high speed into the grinding chamber, causing the feed in the chamber to accelerate and collide with each other, crushing each other to achieve the ultra-fine grinding. The crushed materials are sent to the classification updraft area to sort the powders according to their fineness and granularity. Powders that do not meet the desired sizes will return to the grinding chamber for further size reduction. The fine powders with desired size/fineness will flow into the cyclone separation before being discharged from the outlet. Through meticulous separation methods, the powders will be collected, allowing purified gas to pass through the induced draft fan.

 

Features

1. Suitable for dry grinding feed of Mohs hardness of 9 or less, especially for crushing high hardness, high purity and high value-added materials.

2. Includes vertical classification device, product size D97: adjustable between 2-150 microns, grain shape, featuring a narrow particle size distribution.

3. Low temperature grinding process, especially suitable for heat-sensitive, low melting point, sugary and volatile materials.

4. Grinding process uses collision of the materials against itself, without mechanical crushing impact rely on the mechanical process, such as a blade or hammer crushing, making the equipment wear-resistant with high product purity.

5. Multi-level classifier can be used in tandem, allowing more than one product size.

6. Easy disassembly of equipment featuring a smooth wall with no dead ends for easy cleaning.

7. A closed crushing system features less dust, low noise, clean and environmentally friendly production process.

8. A programmed control system that is easy to operate.
