FFW Horizontal Air Classifier

FFW horizontal airflow classifier working principle：Materials are feed into the classifying system after grinding, where classification occurs using a strong vortex force. This classification process is used to achieve the size requirements before entering the fine powder capturing system. Food powder and a small amount of clumps are dispersed from the centrifugal force generated by the strong updraft to sort the powdered material based on their size. When the desired size particles pass through the classifier, it will be caught by the vortex collection system, and be discharged through an electrically controlled valve.
