Screening Process Equipment

Description：the screening uses the vibration from the rotary vibration for the screening process. The oscillator with a rotating weight produces the whirling vibration on the flat screen surface, while the lower rotating weight makes the screen surface to produce cone rotary vibration, which creates the combined effect of a complex spin type vibration. The curves on the horizontal plane is a circular projection, whereas in the vertical plane is an oval projection. The regulator, rotating hammer excitation forces have adjustable speeds/strengths. By adjusting the upper and lower hammer spatial phase angles, users can change the shape of the curve trajectory of the screen surface and change the trajectory of the materials on the screen surface.
