Ultrafine Grinding Equipment

Description：The material is uniformly fed through a material feeding system, which contacts a strong dynamic impact disk rotating at high speed. With the use of various mediums, such as hammering, the feed undergoes size reduction through an integrated variety of forces such as friction, shearing, collision. The crushed materials are brought to the classification zone via air movement for separation. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the turbine rotating at high speed, materials that meet the size requirements pass through and will be collected by the cyclone and the classifier wheel, while coarse particles fall back into the crushing chamber for further size reduction.
