Inert Gas Protection Crushing Process
Description: inert gas protection crushing processes are applicable for easily oxidized or nitride materials. Ultrafine grinding using inert gas system involves using as an inert gas as grinding media to achieve ultrafine grinding of dry materials. The system consists of a compressor, tank, hopper, crushing media, cyclone system, collector, automation control cabinet and other components.
The system begins by filling the system with an inert gas through the air system until reaching a set value detected by a sensor, following which, materials will be charged into the system through the hopper into the crushing chamber. Compressed inert gas enters through a specially configured nozzle of the high-speed jet to the crushing chamber, causing the material to accelerate causing repeated impact, collision, for the crushing effect. The crushed materials are crushed are brought to the classification zone via air movement from the jet. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the air pressure, materials that meet the size requirements pass through and will be collected by the cyclone and the collecting system, while coarse particles fall back into the crushing chamber for further size reduction.
