3) Structural Principle：

Inside the machine, a crushing rotor is supported by 56 cutting blades in four groups around the end cap of the bearing housing for high-speed rotation, so that even the solid material in the gaps are being squeezed, tore, impacted, sheared with other mechanisms to achieve the purpose of size reduction. While the large, high-speed rotation of the impeller rotor small ends, between inlet and outlet through the body in the form of a vortex chamber effect, so that was crushed particles smoothly enter from the inlet (large opening) to outlet (small opening), achieving size reduction and refining. To prevent the chamber temperature from rising too high, four groups of large-opening water inlets to the cooling jacket lowers the temperature as a temperature control unit to improve grinding efficiency, prevent cavities, particles sticking to the blades and chamber, blocking the abrasives and agglomeration of the feed.
