Feature-Tec FINETAL offers 24 hours service on standby to assist customers with any requirements, enquiries and feedback.
Our industrial specialists will process any request to advise and provide a suitable size reduction process solution according to the customers’ requirements. Through simulation and process design, we aim to provide a selection of equipment for optimum process efficiency.
With experienced sales and field engineers, we provide the full spectrum of services, from equipment installation guides to providing training for equipment operators.
In addition, we have a professional after-sales services team, ready to solve any issues occurring from the equipment. If on-site services are required, we are able to dispatch our best personnel to arrive on scene (domestic) within 48 hours. We request our customers to sign the servicing acknowledgement form to confirm the completion of the servicing, and to provide feedback on our services.
In collaboration with our component suppliers, Feature-Tec FINETAL jointly launched the ’Greenway channel’. With our available service lines, we aim to reply to any request within an hour and provide our full assistance. In the event where our customers face major problems, we will work hand-in-hand with our suppliers to provide timely, fast and precise priority services.
With our customer service initiative, we organise regular planned visits to our customers to understand their processes, product operations and gather any feedback.
